In this article we look at two more benefits we provide for our employees at Ideal Standard.
Firstly, Bravo Benefits is an online portal that we use to access the SmartHive system. This is available either through a web page or through an app that can be downloaded.
On the page you can find information relating to a wide range of topics including childcare vouchers, financial education, debt advice, the employee assistance programme, wellbeing, buying annual leave and our friends and family policy. The list of resources we provide is far too long for this article so why not log on and have a look?
You can access the site through home.bravologin.co.uk. You will need a user name and password which we can provide through HR.
Linked to the above is the Retail Discount Scheme, which provides access to a platform on which employees can access exclusive discounts on a wider range of goods and services including food and drink, clothing, entertainment, mobile phones and motoring. This includes access to Apple discounts of up to 10% along with various cash back schemes and up to 40% off cinema tickets.
The platform can be accessed through www.idealstandard.benefithub.com again you will need a username and password to access the site.
