Close partnership working with Neville Lumb has secured a taking share win worth £240,000 to the business.
Winning the Morelands development in Rettendon, Essex by prestigious developer Randall Watts came about through the development of a great relationship with the merchant’s highly regarded Specification Sales Manager Michelle Williams.
Having been hugely impressed by a visit to our London Design and Specification Centre (LDSC), Michelle arranged meetings with the architect and developer.
Michelle and our Specification Manager Ian Smith worked extensively with the architect in tweaking the proposal which has now been signed off by Randall Watts, taking significant share from Crosswater, Laufen and Roca.
Ian said: “In January, the south residential sales team hosted Michelle and her team at the LDSC.
“They were blown away by the quality of Atelier pieces and the wonderful facilities and location of the LDSC. They were also struck by our new business focus and our desire to collaborate so closely with Neville Lumb in 2022 and beyond.”
He added: “For me, it highlights the importance of selling ourselves in to the best salespeople within our merchant partners. When as when they are truly inspired by our offering, they become a very powerful extension of our sales team.
“We are now working in true partnership and are actively helping each other win new business on many opportunities.”
The bronze and silver levels within the development are close to a full specification, featuring Silk Black Ceratherm 100 concealed valves, Idealrain heads and stick showers, wall mounted Cerafine O basin mixers in black finish and Tesi sanitaryware.
The gold level features Atelier Collections wall hung pans, ProSys frames, Ipalyss vessel basins in concrete colour and Conca furniture throughout.
