Colleagues are being reminded of the terms of the Friends & Family scheme, which has seen some minor amendments.
The scheme enables Ideal Standard employees to purchase one bathroom suite per year for themselves at a 67.5% discount. A 50% discount can be offered to any friends and family.
The details of it have now been clarified as follows:
• The scheme is for colleagues, their friends and their family. It must not be used to give discounts to installers and companies
• The full product list required should be provided by the purchaser. The Friends & Family team will not plan the bathroom but can advise on product compatibility

The full product list, including descriptions and codes, should be sent to friendsandfamily@idealstandard.com, with the employee’s name if the order is by friends or family.
Once a completed order form is received, the person purchasing the bathroom will need to call the sales office and pay by credit or debit card.
Normal product lead-times apply to the scheme and wherever possible a lead-time will be advised. Bathrooms for employees can be sent to any Ideal Standard site free of charge and can be collected by the employee. Bathrooms for non-employees will be delivered and charged at £5 for parcels and £25 for pallets. Delivery is free if the order totals more than £500 before VAT. Additional fees may apply for split orders and long distance deliveries.
