Orders for the first of a potential 38 projects with a major local authority regeneration scheme have now been placed.
Following 18 months of work by Pre-Sales Administrator Hannah Hood and Specification Manager Joe Munday, the full bathroom specification was secured for the entire Brick By Brick scheme, the development company set up by Croydon Council.
This is despite being only part specified to begin with and the specification being under threat at one point.
The first Brick By Brick project, called Auckland Rise in Croydon, is 57 mixed units with a value to Ideal Standard of almost £300,000.
Products specified include a mixture across the development of Concept Space, Concept Freedom, Synergy, Strada and Ceraline.

Hannah said: “This is a really good result, with people from different teams working together to protect the specification and for Joe to secure an upgrade from Attitude brassware to Ceraline from the new ‘Super Six’ brassware range.
“Since then, between Joe and myself, we have liaised between Brick by Brick and the main contractors, plumbing contractors and merchants to ensure that the specification stays with us.”
