Work is now well under way on the first major residential development to feature the new Fusaro range from Sottini.
Coast @ Perranporth in Cornwall has been developed by Galliford Try Partnerships and is being sold under its Linden Homes brand.
Coast was the first development Fusaro was specified for following its launch, offering an element of exclusivity for homebuyers.

The family bathrooms (top) and en suites (above) feature the Fusaro back-to-wall toilet, a concealed cistern and Karisma flush plate along with the Ceratherm 100 Dual Bath Shower Mixer, with boxed fixed head and handspray.
The downstairs cloakrooms feature the Fusaro vessel basin, complete with Tesino mini basin mixer, and the Fusaro back-to-wall toilet with concealed cistern.
The spacious family bathrooms and master bedroom en suites feature the Fusaro semi countertop basin, complete with an integrated chrome clicker waste, and the stylish Tesino tap.
