A new initiative to increase in-branch visibility for Ideal Standard is delivering early results, with several trade customers installing new shower and tap display boards in their showrooms.

The display boards have been introduced as part of wider efforts to strengthen the brand’s presence in merchant branches.
Designed to maximise product visibility and showcase new ranges, the boards help ensure Ideal Standard products are positioned prominently where installers and trade customers are most likely to see them.

Sales Representative Dominic Walton, who is currently covering the role of Guy Overton, has enjoyed success with several displays secured at branches in Yorkshire and the North East.
Since the boards became available only a few weeks ago, Dominic has already worked with customers to secure more than nine installations. including Danby’s, Plumbco, James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies and Crossling.

Dominic said the displays are proving popular with merchants, particularly when customers see the breadth of ranges and finishes available.
“I’ve been going through the different ranges and finishes we offer for the displays,” he said. “Customers and branches really like our Ceratherm showering range, particularly in Silk Black.
“A standout difference compared to our competitors is the finishes for the Alu+ showers and matching basin taps, which makes it a real talking point.”

By helping merchants present products clearly and attractively in their showrooms, the new boards not only strengthen our presence in-store but also give installers the chance to see and discuss the products before making purchasing decisions.

With the rollout still in its early stages, the team expects further installations in the coming months as more branches recognise the value of showcasing the ranges in-store.

Trade Marketing Specialist Natalie Sartain said: “Great work from Dominic on getting these displays secured so quickly.
“We look forward to seeing the continued growth in visibility and sales of these products as the rollout expands.
