Villeroy & Boch welcomed key distribution partner Abacus and a group of retailers to our Mettlach headquarters for a two-day immersive training and brand experience programme.

The visit brought together 15 participants, including representatives from Abacus, 10 retailers and members of the Villeroy & Boch team.
The programme focused on strengthening product knowledge and brand engagement, with dedicated sessions covering key NPI launches including shower toilets and brassware.
Specialist training was delivered by Shower Toilet Product Manager Lukas Staretzek and Brassware Product Manager Jacqueline Steffes.

Alongside product discovery sessions, the group also toured the factory and museum, with Constantin von Boch personally guiding participants through the history of the brand.
The trip provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships with retail partners while giving attendees first-hand insight into the craftsmanship, innovation and heritage behind Villeroy & Boch products.

Feedback from Abacus following the visit was extremely positive, with the team describing it as “a great trip” and thanking everyone involved in making it happen.

Trade Marketing Manager Fabrizia D’Autilia said: “The success of this trip was made possible thanks to the effort, dedication and commitment of all the colleagues involved in organising it from beginning to end.
“We look forward to many more trips to come to help us develop relationships and increase brand engagement with our customers.”
