Our strong relationship with a pod manufacturer has helped secure a project win as part of the part of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s (DIO) new Single Living Accommodation (SLA) programme.
The original specification for the new housing at Baker Barracks, West Sussex, featured sanitaryware from Roca and Bristan but close ties with Kondor Pods enabled us to switch it to Ideal Standard products.
The main contractor for the modular build is Reds10, and we will be supplying 242 full sanitary sets, with a total value of around £40,000.
The package includes Sandringham SL 21 mixer taps, i.life semi-countertop basins and Concept back-to-wall toilets
