Colleagues are being encouraged to nominate standout projects for the newly launched Villeroy & Boch Group Excellence Awards – and the final deadline is today!
The awards have been introduced to recognise the work, innovation and commitment shown across teams globally throughout the year.
Alongside performance-based achievements, the programme aims to highlight initiatives that reflect the Group’s core principles of consumer centricity, accountability and focus.
Teams are invited to submit projects that demonstrate one or more of the following:
- Putting consumers first by bringing external perspectives into the organisation and creating meaningful value.
- Driving change through practical, well-owned solutions supported by cross-functional collaboration, efficient resource management and a holistic, big-picture approach.
- Showing clear strategic direction by prioritising effectively, maximising impact and executing to a high standard.
A short application form has been created to make the submission process straightforward, typically taking less than 30 minutes to complete. All entries will be reviewed carefully, with winners selected in each category.
Winning teams will present their projects during the Year Kick-off Call in January. Each category winner will also receive a virtual sponsored team event to be held in 2026.
