Excellent customer relationships have helped the Ireland team win a project worth €150,000 in West London.
The Crown Trading Centre Hayes development is a €115 million scheme which consists of 407 apartments across two buildings, aiming to provide affordable housing for young professionals.
The building is led by main contractor JJ Rhatigan and the installer is Porteus, with whom our Ireland team has a very close relationship, stretching back many years and several major projects.
The apartments have one, two or three bedrooms and the properties are a mixture of shared ownership, build to rent and affordable apartments.
They will feature a full Ideal Standard bathroom specification, including Concept ceramics, Ceraplan taps and Ceratherm fittings, along with trays, enclosures and steel baths.
Despite being outside of their normal geographical area, the win was secured by Residential Manager Ronan Mythen and Channel Director Gerard Crane thanks to the relationship with Porteus, and is currently being supplied.
Ronan said: “This project is the result of six months’ work, built largely yet again on Ideal Standard’s fantastic relationship with Porteus and their affiliation to the main contractor JJ Rhatigan.
“This is a full Singular Ideal Standard offering, confirmed across all categories.”
Gerard said: “It is extremely important for our long term objectives that we continue to forge these affiliated relationships between customer and the contractor and developer which provides the much needed edge to secure project after project going forward.”
