Order Fulfilment Manager Sam Cassidy has earned a coveted spot in the Hull and Humber Top 30 Under 30.

The accolade recognises his outstanding contribution to the business and highlights him as a bright prospect for the future.
Being named in the Top 30 Under 30 also gives Sam access to a year-long development programme designed to further strengthen his leadership skills and potential.
His recognition caps an exceptional year, having also received the Managing Director’s Award at the 2025 Recognition Awards earlier this year and being named in the BMA’s Thirty-under-Thirty Awards last September, alongside colleagues Maycie Raddon and Aaron Jarvis.

Sam joined the business in October 2022 as an Order Fulfilment Co-ordinator on the Independents Team and then moved to the Irish channel in 2023.

He said: “I benefitted a lot from working with the Irish team and was made team leader there in August 2023, learning plenty about leading people and customer relations on the way.
“With the V&B restructure around the corner, I began to cover more ground as team leader until April 2025 where I was proudly offered the order fulfilment manager role, where I was given the tools to build my own team and re-shape the Order Fulfilment structure in Hull.”

The Top 30 Under 30 selection places Sam alongside 29 other high-performing young professionals from leading organisations across the region, including the University of Hull, Siemens Gamesa and Wren Kitchens.

Sam said: “It was another pleasant surprise for me to be nominated for this award.
“I’ve always felt supported within this business whether that’s from my line manager, senior leaders, external sales and my team around me.
“I wouldn’t be in this position without the support and I’d share the award if I could because it’s always been about team effort for me!”
