The UK team yesterday (Thursday) welcomed Georg Lörz to the London Design & Specification Centre (LDSC) during his first visit to the UK since being appointed CEO of the Villeroy & Boch Group Bath & Wellness Division.
The visit provided an opportunity for Georg to experience the LDSC first-hand, meet colleagues from across the UK business and spend time with one of our key customers.
During the morning, he met with Dean Weston, Sales & Operations Director at Wolseley UK, who shared the company’s plans for future growth and discussed opportunities for continued collaboration.
The afternoon was spent with the UK leadership team reviewing the current performance of the business and hearing from each of the sales channel leaders about their priorities and plans for the remainder of the year.
The discussions also provided a productive opportunity to explore the current market, the challenges facing the industry and the opportunities ahead.
Georg, who also took the V&B Connect call while working from the LDSC, said: “It was great to visit the UK and meet the wider leadership team. The LDSC is a great and inspiring showroom for our customers to visit.
“I really enjoyed spending time with the team and understanding the great potential we have in the UK market.”
