A recent high-rise order has marked a major taking share win with huge potential in the client’s pipeline.
Crown Street in Manchester is a 664-apartment development with Renaker, the north west’s leading property developer.
The win is worth about £330,000 to the business and, with Renaker having a pipeline of eight high rise projects, offers great potential for future business.
The company specified Duravit on its most recent project, before Key Account Manager Pete Tonge secured a meeting with their sales director, within weeks of joining Ideal Standard.
Pete said: “They were more than happy with Duravit but we supplied them with Sottini product, which they compared with Duravit and Vitra.
“All products were put through blind testing, through which the Sottini designs were selected by Renaker’s directors.”
