This week we thought we’d share some fantastic customer feedback that has been received by the Business Support team recently.
Two separate instances of unsolicited praise showed what an excellent job the team does in dealing with customers from companies large and small.
The emails read as follows:
“In these days when everyone wants everything done immediately and also moan for the slightest thing, can I say what a credit Sue, John and Derek are. Sorry if I’ve missed anyone else but these guys are the ones I speak to most. All of them are so helpful and must have the patience of a saint with some of the questions I ask them. They know what they are talking about and will talk to the contractor directly making our job easier. They really are that good!!”
