Work is now underway on a large apartment complex in central Dublin in a project worth €100,000 to Ideal Standard.
Residential Manager Ronan Mythen has been working closely with developer M&P Construction for the past six months on the scheme, which is just around the corner from our office in Citywest, Dublin.
The development is made up of three blocks of apartments, with approximately 90 units in total, and all three expected to be completed this year.
Work is well under way on the first block of 22 apartments and an order is imminent from the merchant Chadwicks.
The entire specification is Ideal Standard, featuring Concept Air toilets and washbasins, along with Concept Freedom showers and baths.
Ronan said: “This has been a great project to be involved in. Citywest is a very high profile area in Dublin which has undergone a lot of regeneration over the past decade.
“We have a really strong relationship with M&P Construction and they were very pleased with the high-end look we have achieved with the combination of Concept Air and Concept Freedom.”
