A high specification project win on a west London development could open up new opportunities with the multi-regional housebuilder St Modwen.
After years of working to win specifications from the company, Key Account Manager Emma Gore was given the opportunity to propose products for The Dice, a 105-apartment development across seven pavilions on the edge of Dowding Park.
Emma put forward designs based on the Sottini Isarca range, which was given the thumbs up on both style and price.
She said: “I have a relationship with the people at St Modwen because we have been trying to get in with them.
"They usually use Vitra but gave us this opportunity because it’s a higher than usual spec.
“They really liked the product which is fantastic because we hope it will lead to further projects with them, especially as they have more projects at this level in the pipeline."
