The new Chief Executive of the Bathroom Manufacturers Association has been announced as Tom Reynolds – and Ideal Standard played an important role in selecting him.
Tom will take over from Yvonne Orgill, who has been in the role for 13 years, when she steps down and retires at the end of this year.
Currently at the British Ceramic Confederation, he was selected following a series of interviews by a panel which included our Industry Ambassador John Robinson.
Managing Director Stephen Ewer said: “The whole thinking behind John being engaged on behalf of Ideal Standard was to have more of a say over the agenda across the industry.
"It’s important that we are playing a role in terms of the industry associations and I’m very pleased that John was asked to be involved in making this appointment.
“We know Tom from the British Ceramic Confederation and we are looking forward to working with him in his new role.”
