Fresh content is constantly being added to the Ideal Standard Training Hub on Sharepoint as our slate of new product introductions continues at pace in 2024.
Exsting guides are regularly updated and new ones added to help colleagues keep up to date with our latest ranges, with showering and furniture materials among the most recent to be reviewed.
Product Sales Trainer Chris Pearson said: “We are constantly updating and adding to the Training Hub so there’s every reason for colleagues to browse the content on a regular basis.
“This year is seeing a lot of big launches so there’s a lot to stay up to date with.”
The hub features a wide variety of information about our company and products, the industry in which we operate and our competitors.
The training ranges from more straightforward introductory guides to our products to in-depth presentations aimed at professionals, such as architects and designers.
It also features videos which explain some of our proprietary technology, like the FirmaFlow ceramic disc cartridge, and well as “how to” guides for installation and maintenance of everything from toilets to furniture.
