The ability to constantly deliver has earned the business a residential project win worth €300,000 in Dublin.
The 210-apartment scheme in Churchview Road, Killiney, has been put together by Park Developments, which regularly use Ideal Standard on their projects.
Park specified Tesi ceramics, Calista brassware and Ecotherm showers when the project was tendered last September, with Walls being appointed as main contractor and Gaffney Mechanical as installer.
However, the specification was fixed by Park and was never under threat of value engineering because the developer likes the products and has been impressed by our service over a number of projects.
Residential Manager Ronan Mythen said: “We’ve had an excellent relationship with Park Developments and their contractors across a series of projects over recent years.
“That’s why the specification wasn’t going to change, because they know Ideal Standard has that cross-category expertise and delivers at scale.
“We’ve also had constant engagement from us with Walls over the past few months to make sure everything runs smoothly and they get top service from us.”
