A 13-storey commercial development as part of the Paradise Birmingham Project has seen an excellent taking share win thanks to ProSys frames and flushplates.
One Centenary Way is the first building to be constructed in phase two of the Paradise development and will provide office and retail accommodation.
Specification for the project was issued in 2019 and was mixed, with part of it for Ideal Standard but around £100,000 of the £180,000 value being Duravit, including urinals, taps and wall hung WCs with in-wall frames.

Key Account Manager Andy Warrington said: “We engaged with the M&E contractor Briggs & Forrester who are one of our key accounts, along with their favoured merchant Neville Lumb, and were given the opportunity to offer alternatives.
“Samples of our products, including the new ProSys in-wall frames and flushplates, were sent to Briggs & Forrester to present to the client and the feedback we received was excellent.
“The spec was then changed to include all of the alternatives we had proposed and the order was placed in October by Lumbs. Supply and installation has now begun.
“This project shows the value of our key account partnerships and interaction with important merchants such as Lumbs.”
