Congratulations to Ian Watkiss on completing his sales apprenticeship.
The Project Co-ordinator recently finished his Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship, a qualification which has helped Ian develop his understanding of the sales process and build confidence in his approach to working with customers.
He said: “My experience doing the apprenticeship has helped me understand the sales process. It has helped my confidence and given me a better understanding of how to recognise different customer personalities, build trust and maintain relationships.
“It has helped me become more confident, organised and professional in my approach.”
Holly Hackett, Manager – Specification Support, said: “Ian has worked really hard on the course, and has had to face setbacks with his health, but I am very proud that he overcame all the challenges he faced to achieve this qualification.”
