Tell us a bit about yourself
Well, I love playing sport, especially football. I play for a Sunday league team and a charity team. When I’m not at football, I take my dog out for long walks. I have a one-year-old bull mastiff cross, who I adopted from a dog rescue when he was four months old. He’s called Scooby.

Describe your job to a five-year-old
I help make sure people get stuff for their bathrooms, like what you have in your house!

What do you like most about your job?
Dealing with different customers and getting to know them to be able to help provide a better service.

How did you get here?
I originally was going into the RAF as an engineer but I broke my ankle due to football. I had to wait a year to re-apply which I did but I was in the process of getting my braces. I was supposed to have them on for around 18 months, which turned into getting them off when I was 23, nearly four years later. So, I ended up getting a diploma in customer service and I have been doing it ever since.

What motivates you?
Knowing that I do all I can to help others, being able to deal with the big challenges that we get daily and having the opportunity for progression and development in my career.

If you could swap jobs with anyone, who would it be?
It would be with someone who travels a lot for their work! I would love to see new places and meet people from across the world.

Your favourite song lyric or line from a film
From Harry Potter: Draco Malfoy: "Think my name’s funny, do you? No need to ask yours. Red hair… and a hand-me-down robe. You must be a Weasley."

Your favourite app?
I would say Tiktok. I’m always on it!

Biggest facepalm moment at work?
I dropped my lunch in the middle of the office in front of everyone (was not quiet at all, the box bounced a few times). There were noodles everywhere!
