There’s still time to send your personal leads into the employee referral initiative on public washrooms which runs until the end of December, but will continue as an on-going initiative.
The scheme aims to help maximise the impact of new products such as Intellimix taps and Sphero urinals, and is running alongside an external campaign – Hygiene Redefined – which will be rolled out this year and into 2022.

Referrals made by an employee will automatically be put forward to win a Hygiene Redefined award at the 2022 Together for Better awards.
The UK is leading the way in terms of referrals into the group-wide initiative, but it is also picking up pace in our businesses in Belgium, France, and Germany.

Senior HR Business Partner Debbie Harlock, who is leading the internal referral campaign, said: “It’s great to see that the this initiative picking up momentum and the number of referrals for non-residential washrooms going up every week across Ideal Standard countries.
“There’s still time to send in your leads so I would encourage colleagues to think about people and businesses they know who could become Ideal Standard customers.

To find out more about the employee referral programme, contact Debbie Harlock; for information about the Hygiene Redefined campaign, contact Anil Madan; for questions about specific washroom products and solutions, contact Mike Smelt, and; to ask about the follow up of leads and their outcome, contact the Non-Residential Team.
