Colleagues are being encouraged to explore the new Ideal Engage platform which contains essential information and resources for Ideal Standard employees.
The internal site features useful links to things like company policies, employee benefits, career development, training, health and safety, new product development and marketing.
Over the coming editions of The Bubble, we’ll be focusing on different areas of Ideal Engage to help colleagues understand how to make the most of it.
HR Services Manager Carley Redmore said: “Ideal Engage has been developed in consultation with people across our business so it’s full of features that will help Ideal Standard employees.
“We plan to continue developing the site so we’d be happy to hear colleagues’ suggestions for more things they would like to see.”
