The toilets at the Hull office turned into an unlikely film studio as the location for a new Intellimix video.
Refurbishment work taking place at the site offered the opportunity to record the installation and maintenance of the new range of fittings for use in training across the Ideal Standard group.
Product Sales Trainer Chris Pearson was in the director’s chair, with Service Engineer Brian Capon (pictured, left) in the starring role.
Chris said: “We had a request to film the soap replacement procedure for the tap, so it just made sense to film the entire process while we had the opportunity.
“Consideration had to be given during filming to ensure that it was suitable for use across all of Europe and not be UK Specific.
“Fortunately, rather than Brian having to become multilingual, we chose to add captions and text to the film which can easily be translated into other languages.”
