Colleagues are being encouraged to take advantage of a new wellbeing programme which has now been rolled out.
Banish The Burnout is a programme devised by life coach Ali Mortimer (above) of Heal Yourself Happy, with the aim of helping people improve their mental and physical health as the challenges of COVID-19 continue.
Ali introduced Banish The Burnout during last week’s conference and dozens of people have already signed up to take part in the four-module programme.
Senior HR Business Partner Vikki Atkin said: “What is happening at the moment is having a personal impact on everyone in some way. This is about assessing yourself and finding ways to banish that burnout you might be heading towards.

• Tick to receive the emails so you are notified when a new module lands (emails can be unsubscribed from at any time afterwards or if you do not want the reminders)
• Then use the button ‘complete my purchase’
• Head to your inbox (check junk mail just in case) for a login email
• Create a login / password using your idealstandard.com email
• Start the programme!
There are four modules to the programme and participants will receive a link to a new module each week: Week One – Better Boundaries, Week Two – Better Body, Week Three – Better Beliefs and Week Four – Better Bonds.
