It has been another busy couple of weeks as more changes have been introduced as part of Project Flywheel. Here are the latest updates:
• Following the recent travel restrictions Alex Bailey will in the interim take over from Katy Mullan to cover the Internal Sales Manager role for the Non-Residential Internal Sales team, until this vacancy is filled. We would like to thank Katy Mullan and Nicola Pye for their support to Internal Sales over these past few weeks
• SFDC training has been undertaken across all Internal Sales and Order Fulfilment
• Transition activities between Order Fulfilment Independents and Nationals continue. Venesta customers will transfer from Rachel Watson to Tracy Smith effective Monday 16 March. Communications to customers are being written and in some cases face-to-face discussions are taking place prior to transferring
• Recruitment is continuing; an assessment centre is being planned to recruit Customer Care and Order Fulfilment coordinators. Sales Executives recruitment is also underway.
• Presentations have been delivered, sharing the new organisational structure with departments not directly involved with Project Flywheel. Additional sessions are also being planned
• As part of SFDC data cleansing, an audit is currently underway to analyse contract support projects and understand what stage these are at or whether the cases require closing out
• A training routeway is being planned for Internal Sales, Order Fulfilment and Customer Care on culture, change management and other soft skill modules
In this edition of The Bubble, we have focused on the Specialist Order Fulfilment team in more detail. Read the story here.
