Strong relationships and expert design work have secured a luxury lodges project win near Durham.
The developer Brancepeth Manor Estates is creating 30 premium residential lodges, each featuring high-specification bathrooms and en suites.
Thanks to Specification Manager Kerry Jessop’s connections with merchant Wolseley, who send on any developments over five plots with an open specification, the opportunity came directly to her. After developing some initial ideas, Kerry invited the client to our London Design and Specification Centre (LDSC) for a more in-depth look at the products.
“We had a chance to really explore the range and refine the specification,” said Kerry. “I created the spec using our Singular Configurator and then Charlie Williams, our Showroom Design Manager, brought it to life with some highly visual CAD work.”
Kerry added: “When you’re working in the premium executive space, clients expect that extra level of detail, and Charlie’s visuals really helped clinch the deal.”
The final specification includes Connect Air and i.life B toilets, infra-red flushplates, Alu+ showers, Ultraflat S i.life shower trays, the Dea back-to-wall bath and the Tonic II floor-standing bath shower mixer. Kerry also put together an upgrade package with PVD brassware finishes to offer more customisation options.
