Relationships with one of our key merchant partner groups have been cemented through a visit to our Armitage site and a factory tour.
Highbourne Group’s senior leadership team were our guests for one of their monthly meetings before they were taken round the plant by Project Co-ordinators Nicole Edwards and Gary Langston.
The tour offered the Highbourne team a first-hand look at our manufacturing processes, giving them an insight into the making of the Ideal Standard products they sell.
National Account Manager Liam Pryszlak said: “The feedback from the tour was amazing and it was great for them to see the manufacturing process up close.
“Their Chief Commercial Officer Adam Foy even got chatting with one of the team and was intrigued by all the work still completed by hand in the process.
“It was fantastic to see how the relationship between the two businesses has grown from strength to strength over the past few years.”
The visit follows a significant increase in the range of Ideal Standard products now on sale through one of Highbourne’s biggest brands, City Plumbing,
A nationwide showroom refit, which is currently under way, will see enhanced displays of our ranges at 295 locations across the country.
Managing Director Lisa Whitfield said: “Hosting Highbourne’s senior leadership team was a fantastic opportunity to further cement our relationship with a group that is really important to our business.
“Seeing them engage with our team and our manufacturing processes was incredibly valuable, and we’re excited about what the future holds for both businesses.”
