Strong relationships with a major developer have won a €400,000 full specification residential project in Dublin.
Phase three of the Crossings in Adamstown, Co Dublin, is a 436-apartment scheme by developer Quintain Ireland, working with main contractor Elliott Group and merchant partner Wogan Build Centre.

The wider development of a new Adamstown railway station will see the creation of an established urban core, along with over 975 residential units.
This commercial hub will provide 11,000 sqm of retail accommodation, including a large grocery store, gym, cafes, restaurants and neighbourhood retailers.

Ideal Standard have had an excellent relationship with the developer for a long time, having won specifications on several large residential schemes to date.
This latest project was led by Residential Manager Ronan Mythen and Channel Director Gerard Crane, and supplying will begin this month and continue through 2025.

The Residential Team have been working closely with all parties involved to make sure the specification is airtight.
Products included are Tesi toilets, Concept Air basins, Sandringham, Ceraplan and Alto EV fittings, Connect shower enclosures and bath screens, and Sandringham baths, along with a range of accessories.

Ronan said: “We’ve had an excellent relationship with Quintain and Elliotts across a number of large projects over recent years. They are big supporters of our brand and products.
“This being another example of us being able to hold a full singular specification from inception, albeit in a very challenging market.
“This is a project which we have had in the pipeline since the end of 2023, so it is with great pleasure that we see it coming to fruition as planned.
“It’s a full singular offer, with everything coming our way.”

Gerard said: “This is born from relationships and continuous effort to track from cradle to grave whilst not giving up or in to the fierce competition we are facing in the Irish residential market today.”
