Our Fast Part spares website is relaunching soon with a fresh new design and providing customers with an improved experience and greater choice of products.
The project is a great example of the UK working together with the Central Team to create something that not only fulfils a need in the UK but can also be scaled to other markets.
Spare part sales are a sizeable business opportunity with high margin, so with a little investment the ambition is to grow sales of spare parts, whilst giving customers an excellent aftercare service.

New features include a toilet seat finder (pictured below) which helps customers match up their existing toilet with a replacement seat, one of the most popular queries received by our customer service team. Behind the scenes the new site has much better data, giving us better knowledge of our customers.

In addition to the new look and features, the web address will change from fastpart-spares.co.uk to outlet.idealstandard.com, with all traffic to the Fast Part site being automatically redirected to the new site.
While the look and feel of the website will change, the ordering process will remain the same to ensure customers can continue to shop with ease.

Customer Care Manager Ann-Marie Fox said: “Our fast part-spares proposition has been around for many years and is popular with our installer and homeowner customers.
“We’re focussing our efforts on reminding existing customers of our Fast Part and new Outlet service and trying to gain new customers to the site.
“We will communicate the changes to anybody previously registered with fastpart-spares.co.uk as well as our wider mailing lists.”
