Staff at Beggs & Partners were hugely complimentary after a successful visit from two of our team to their Cambridge branch.
Key Account Manager Stuart Bedford and Service Engineer Rob Briggs spent a morning at the branch talking to staff and tradespeople who came in, with the aim of promoting our ProSys in-wall frames.
Both talked to dozens of plumbers and came away with contacts who wanted to know more about ProSys.
Stuart said: “The assistant branch manager, Paul, said it was refreshing how engaging both myself and Rob were with the staff and especially the customers. It was definitely a success and having Rob there and his technical talk helped massively.
“We made it our mission to talk to every person and we both came away with 15 or 20 contacts who said they would be interested in the ProSys frames.”
Stuart added: “Paul explained that most manufacturers simply turn up and stand there for four hours and then leave.
“I’m really pleased with how the day went and the feedback from the plumbers we spoke to.”
Paul, who is going to be the manager of the new Ely branch which opens on Monday, placed a stock order for Cambridge and is also planning to stock ProSys at Ely.
