Three events over the past month have seen Ideal Standard residential ranges going on show in front of hundreds of employees from one of our key customers.
The Travis Perkins biannual plumbing and heating conference was held at Brighton, Birmingham and Blackpool, with 200 delegates attending across category, area managers, regional managers, branch teams, supply chain, human resources and finance.
The events were an opportunity for Travis Perkins delegates to hear about the company’s strategy and business focus and to spend time in the supplier marketplace where about 60 manufacturers had products on show.
The Ideal Standard stand featured one of our core initiatives within Travis Perkins Plumbing and Heating Division. The Showroom Range which is exclusive to City Plumbing Supplies showcases our Philosophy, Tonic II and Strada II ranges.
To attract delegates to the stand with a bit of attention-grabbing fun, the Ideal Standard Innovation Game challenged people to match our industry changing inventions and innovations with the year in which it happened.

“We had amazing feedback on our stand display, without doubt one of the best on show, and customers enjoyed the challenge of the Innovation Game which gathered lots of interest.
“It was a pleasure to attend the gala evening and see so many well deserving people receive various awards, and we certainly have our eye on the Supplier of the Year award for 2020!!”
