Six colleagues from the Hull office tackled the Hull Marathon on a sweltering day in September.
Kirsty Harston and Jane Hepworth from Customer Care took part through their running club Fitmums and Friends, with Kirsty running 13.1 miles and Jane running 5.2 miles.
The Finance team of Rachel Whittaker, Katy Thorpe, Steve Hemmerman and Alan Maw each did a quarter of the route, which ran from the Humber Bridge through the city centre and finished in East Park.
The quartet were targeting a four-hour time and only missed out by an agonising 65 seconds.
Rachel and Katy have already thrown down the gauntlet to Steve and Alan for the 2020 run, challenging them to a two against two race.
