A new and more engaging approach to product training is getting rave reviews from internal and external customers.
Working with an external agency, Product Sales Trainer Chris Pearson has developed interactive PDFs for our new Doc M packs with red rails and our more general Part M solutions offer.
The highly visual materials enable users to navigate the information in the order they choose to and at their own pace, rather than listening to a trainer or reading through pages of text.
They have been tested by our Business Support Team and by some external contacts, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
They praised the interactive style, the level of information and the ease of use.

Chris said: “Good product knowledge is crucial to our sales and business support functions and also to customers who sell on our products, like national merchants.
“We wanted to develop something which meant that we didn’t have to get lots of people together in a room at the same time, with all of the issues that causes, and which could be shared externally too.
"The other benefit of these is that people can do them at their leisure, when relaxed, and don’t feel bombarded with information. The fact that they require interaction increases involvement and maintains focus.
