Colleagues across the company are busy working to transition and implement the changes being brought about as a result of Project Flywheel.
In every edition of The Bubble, we’ll be featuring updates about what has been happening in terms of changing roles, reporting lines, training and more.
We’ll also be focusing in on different elements of the work to talk to the people who are making the changes happen and the benefits they are experiencing.
This week we’ve spoken to Holly Simmons and Nikesh Modi about what has been happening in the Field Sales Team and OTC/RMI teams, which are now aligned in the trade channel. Read the article here.
More on what has been happening in recent weeks:
• Alex Bailey has joined the business as Internal Sales Manager in Residential, leading the Pre-Sales and Bid teams in that Channel
• The Bid team themselves have been undergoing training with Noel Talbot, who retired from the External Sales team last year. Noel is highly experienced in specification writing and is sharing knowledge to enable the team to undertake specification activity internally
• The Claim Back team has now moved into Order Fulfilment, reporting to Colette Jones
• Adam Holden has been and continues to be busy recruiting for vacant positions
• The Order Fulfilment team are continuing to work to a structured plan in transitioning the customer groups of Independents and Nationals, which will allow us to be more customer centric going forwards.
• Colleagues who will be using Salesforce, the new CRM (customer relationship management) system have been attending training over the past few weeks
