The Ireland team have enjoyed a flurry of large project wins in a mix of residential and specification developments.
Secured by Specification Manager Triona McHugh, the Hard Rock Hotel in Dublin is a full Ideal Standard specification throughout its 120 rooms, including a number of accessories, as well as public restrooms.
A varied selection of products includes Tesi taps, Idealrain Showers, Concept Air basins, Jasper Morrison urinals and Waverley, Tempo and Contour toilets.

hard-rock-1 All Hard Rock Hotels had previously used Kohler sanitaryware. Triona was contacted by the main contractor doing the enabling works about offering alternatives.
Douglas Wallace were then appointed as the architects and interior designers to do the internal fit out.
Triona said: “As with every project of this size there was some challenges and spec changes but nothing we couldn’t manage and resolve.
“I had brought Neil Scully from Douglas Wallace and one of their interior designers to London Design Festival last September. They were very impressed with the showroom and our new ranges.”

beech-park In the residential team, there have been two excellent wins, one in Rathedmond, County Sligo, and the other in Cabinteely, County Dublin.
Farmhill Manor in Rathedmond is being built by Knoxpark Developments and is a development of 88 three and four-bedroom A-rated family homes.
After four months of chasing the project, Sales Executive Rowland Duggan and Residential Manager Ronan Mythen got the deal over the line, and the site is currently fitting out six show houses, with works to be phased through the rest of 2020 and into 2021.
Farmhill Manor will feature a mixture of Tempo ceramics, Sandringham brassware and Connect shower doors, with a value to the business of €85,000.

Beechpark in Cabinteely (pictured above) is being promoted by the O’Flynn Group, with Walls Construction the main contractor and Gaffney Mechanical the installers.
This is an exciting new development of three and four-bedroom houses along with one and two bedroom apartments, a total of 130 units in total.
Again, several months went into chasing this project, reaching a deal with the mechanical contractor, with an order value of €130k to the business. Beechpark will feature Tesi ceramics, Tempo brassware, Easybox showers.
