Issues and trends in bathroom retail were under the spotlight in our first round table discussion, organised in conjunction with Kitchens and Bathrooms News.
Held at our new London Design and Specification Centre and chaired by design journalist Becky Sunshine, the event saw participants talking about key issues affecting their businesses with Ideal Standard and Sottini representatives.
It was organised as part of our drive to raise awareness of Sottini, which has been identified as our key consumer brand in the retail channel.
Topics covered included internet selling; pressure points for retailers; service required from manufacturers; protecting brands in the bathroom market, and; how to create displays which draw in customers.
