Ideal Standard products are going into a prominent development within the UK’s largest current regeneration project.
Regency Heights, by Fairview Homes, is a three building scheme, including one high rise block, which forms part of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development.
This development is responsible for regenerating an area of 650 hectares, including the common land area of Old Oak Common and the industrial Park Royal site in West London. Plans are in place for the construction of 24,000 homes.
Regency Heights will feature 807 studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments with bathrooms and en suites featuring Ideal Standard products with a total value of £730,000.
The project will be completed over three years and the bathroom specification includes Tempo toilet, basin, bath and brassware with Simplicity shower trays, Connect shower enclosures and Alto Ecotherm shower valve.
Key Accounts Manager James Fuzi said: “Fairview Homes have developed a very attractive project in Regency Heights, as part of an exciting regeneration project with links to the tube, Crossrail and HS2.
