A major taking share win will see Ideal Standard going into the huge new Facebook UK headquarters in Kings Cross.
The £130,000 washrooms specification was predominantly a Duravit specification but a strong relationship with the offsite manufacturer Modular Interiors saw the majority of the specification come to us.
This was also strongly supported by the sanitaryware supplier Neville Lumb, who put together the specification with our Fields Sales Manager Steve Parker.
Products going into the building include Jasper Morrison urinals, Concept Space wall hung pans and Easybox shower valves.

Field Sales Manager Katy Mullan said: “This is a very high profile development which is part of massive regeneration project. It’s a fantastic win for us.
“Steve, Tim Chappell, Leanne Martin, Mike Heaton, Terri Walker and Tracy Smith all played a part in producing a solution for Facebook. This is another example of our ability to coordinate cross functionally to great success.
“It is a testament to the strength of our relationships with Modular Interiors and Neville Lumb that we were able to get the order over the line.”

Orders have started coming in for the project and Facebook is expected to open the offices in 2021.
