The latest COVID guidance for colleagues has been published as the UK moved to step three of the lockdown easing roadmap.
The main change for Ideal Standard employees this week was that temperature checks for all employees and visitors have been stopped.
All other main controls remain in place, including hand sanitisation, provision of masks, social distancing and so on.

The instruction remains that no-one should attend site if:
• They or anyone in their household are experiencing COVID symptoms or they have had direct contact with anyone who is experiencing symptoms
• They have been instructed to self-isolate as a result of being in contact with someone who has tested positive
• They or anyone in their household have tested positive or are awaiting a test result

As a business, we are currently in our COVID office protocol level two of three, one being the most serious.
This means we are operating at “reduced capacity access under control conditions”, which means colleagues should continue to work from home where possible but limited return to work within protocols is allowed.
The protocols will be under regular review from 17 May, with reference to the government’s lifting of restrictions, which is expected to continue to the next step on or after 21 June.
