A major London housing project win has seen Ideal Standard beating competition from Roca, Kaldewei and Methven.
The £400m scheme at the Brunel Street Works site in Canning Town is being developed by Galliford Try Partnerships (GTP) with Thames Valley Housing.
Although 35% of the 975 mix tenure-homes will be under GTP’s Linden Homes brand – an existing customer of ours – the remaining 65% of the build was a fight to displace the competitors.
Worth £563,000 to us, the specification includes Tempo and Tesi sanitaryware, Tempo baths and Tesi, Ceraflex, Calista, Concept and Alto Ecotherm fittings.
