A £76,000 specification win has been secured for the redevelopment project at Wigan & Leigh College, following close collaboration with architect Bond Bryan and key account partner Willmott Dixon.
Key Account Manager Liam Ansell began working with Bond Bryan in August 2023 to help develop the education washroom specification for the scheme.
The project continued through detailed coordination with M&E contractor The Dodd Group, with support provided on a number of complex installation challenges across the site.
The successful outcome reflects the strength of the ongoing relationship between the businesses and the collaborative approach taken throughout the project.
The final specification includes Contour 21 WCs with ProSys frames and Solea flushplates, stainless steel Doc M packs and Sandringham semi-recessed basins with Sensorflow taps.
Liam said: “This was a really positive project to be involved with from an early stage.
“Working closely with Bond Bryan, Willmott Dixon and The Dodd Group allowed us to maintain the specification throughout and overcome some quite challenging installation requirements on site.
“It’s another great example of how strong relationships and a partnership approach can help secure successful outcomes on important education projects.”
