A landmark project win using our Singular specification concept has now been secured with a major international hotel group.
The Radisson Red Hotel in Galway City, Ireland, is a 170-room new build and the order with a value of €170,000 has now been confirmed after a concerted effort from Channel Director Gerard Crane and Residential Manager Ronan Mythen.
The full bathroom specification win includes Blend Curve WCs, Ipalyss vessel basins, Ceraplan taps and Ceratherm dual showers, plus accessible rooms and accessories. Installation is being carried out by pod manufacturer Porteus for main contractor JJ Rhatigan.
Ronan said: “This taking share project is the result of eight months’ work, built largely on Ideal Standard’s fantastic relationship with Porteus and their affiliation to the developer JJ Rhatigan.

“This is a landmark win with the Radisson group and sets a nice precedent for future opportunities with them.”
