High quality renders helped win a golf clubhouse conversion scheme worth £30,000 – with a larger development following as a result.
Riversvale Apartments is a project to convert the clubhouse at Highbullen Golf Club, near Barnstaple, Devon, into eight apartments and build four townhouses on land nearby.
Key Account Manager Sean Cunningham said: “The developer came to us after he was put onto us by one of our merchant partners, PTS.
“He wasn’t sure exactly which products he wanted but knew the client wanted to go black and white.”
Sean put forward a specification with all brassware and showers in Silk Black, with sanitaryware and furniture from i.life B and Ultra Flat shower trays. Not having a showroom nearby, he asked Yiota at the London Design and Specification Centre to create renders (pictured above) of how the bathrooms would look.
Sean said: “The developer wanted something to show the client and Yiota came back with some fantastic images that clinched it.
“Within 24 hours he said ‘That’s an order. We need you on site.’ It shows just how powerful those images can be.”
