Our Close The Gap initiative continues to gather momentum, with the La Dolce Vita bathroom range at the heart of our latest success in the residential sector.
Specification Sales Manager Andy Follows has secured a new project with Cameron Homes at their bespoke Octara Court development in Yoxall, Staffordshire, which features eight premium plots.
An order for plot eight – which will serve as the development’s view home – has already been placed and is now being installed.
Andy’s strong relationship with Cameron Homes played a central role in creating this opportunity.
During a conversation with their buying team, he introduced the breadth of our offering across our three brands, ensuring they were aware of our ability to specify both Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard for future residential sites.
This opened the door for him to put forward a tailored specification.
While discussing options, Andy prepared a La Dolce Vita proposal, pairing its brassware with Finesse furniture.
Following a series of refinements, Cameron Homes approved the full specification, which now also includes La Dolce Vita toilets and basins, as well as products from the ranges Connect Air, Oleas, ProSys, Tesi, Joy Neo and Ceratherm.
“The unique design of the La Dolce Vita and Finesse combination really resonated with the client,” said Andy.
“Once they saw how well it aligned with the look and feel they wanted to achieve, everything began to move quickly.
“It’s great to see products already being installed on site.”
