Group CEO Gabi Schupp met teams across the UK this week during her first visit of the year.
Her tour started with a trip to the London Design & Specification Centre to see the showroom and the team there, and to talk through the exciting refurbishment plans which will introduce Villeroy & Boch products into the showroom later this year, as well as the plans the A&D team have for future growth.
She also spent time with the dining and lifestyle team and some key customers while in London, and also visited the outlet shop in Bicester.
Moving on to Hull, she was given a tour of the offices and spent time meeting the teams and departments based in the city, getting an insight into the UK business and its strategy.
The UK leadership team took Gabi through the strategy for the UK and aligned on plans for growth.
UK and Ireland Managing Director Lisa Whitfield said: “It was amazing to have Gabi here with us in the UK so we could help her understand the market and the UK business.
