Colleagues across the UK and Ireland are invited to take part in the Employee Awards 2025 by nominating individuals and teams who have made a real difference this year.
Whether it’s someone new to the business making an immediate impact, a colleague exceeding their targets or a team overcoming challenges to deliver success, nominations help highlight the contributions that often happen behind the scenes.

All employees within the UK and Ireland organisation are eligible for nomination, regardless of department or whether they will be attending the annual conference in late January, where the awards will be presented.

Award categories

  • Hit The Ground Running: For a new starter or someone new into role in 2025 who is already showing strong potential and making an impact
  • Outstanding Achiever: A colleague who is consistently exceeding expectations, over-achieving against goals and delivering exceptional results
  • Team Player: Someone who goes out of their way to support others and helps colleagues perform at their best
  • Above & Beyond: A colleague who demonstrates exceptional commitment and effort beyond what is required
  • Team of the Year: A team that has hit or exceeded targets, overcome challenges or successfully delivered a project or new way of working

The Managing Director’s Award will be nominated by the CLT and presented by Lisa at the conference.

UK Marketing Director Leanne Martin said: “The awards are an opportunity to recognise those who consistently go above and beyond in their roles, support others and demonstrate our shared principles of Focus, Accountability and Customer Centricity.
“Peer recognition plays an important role in helping colleagues feel valued and even a short nomination can make a meaningful difference.”

The deadline for all nominations is 4pm on 2 January. Colleagues are encouraged to submit their nominations before finishing for the festive break where possible.

The nomination form is open to all UK employees. In case any new colleagues have been missed, please feel free to forward the link to anyone who may not have received it. Any technical issues with the form should be directed to Leanne.

Thank you to everyone who has already voted, and to those who will be taking part over the coming days.
