Colleagues in Hull are invited to join a relaxed 30-minute walk at lunchtime, offering a simple way to step away from your desk, get some fresh air and enjoy a change of pace during the working day.
The walks are led by a member of the Mental Health Angels Team and are open to everyone. There’s no focus on fitness or targets – just an easy, comfortable pace and the opportunity to move and clear your head. You’re welcome to chat or simply walk quietly; there’s no expectation either way.
No sign-up is required and all fitness levels are welcome. The walks take place on Tuesdays at 12.20pm and Thursdays at 12pm, starting from reception.
