The entire Ireland team got together for their first face to face full business review this June.
As well as the Ireland-based sales people, the team includes UK-based support services which are considered part of the team, working together to deliver first class service to our Ireland customers.
The Ireland Team won the Managing Director’s Award at the awards earlier this year so getting everyone in the room for a full team meeting was an opportunity to recognise the win too.
Gerard said: “We’ve been working as one team for some time now and it was great to finally get together in person as we had a lot to talk about.
“These are exciting times for the Ireland Team and we’re looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”
The group conducted a full business review when they met at our Dublin office at Citywest Business Park, where they reviewed our current position on all initiatives across all channels and what was expected from the team to meet their targets for 2024.
They also met with the third party logistics provider ACE to carry out an overview of the business and to seek out areas that could be improved upon.
The meeting concluded in Dublin, with speeches from Channel Director Gerard Crane and Customer Service and Supply Chain Director Adrian Storr, touching on the importance of everyone within the Ireland Team.
Credit Controller Vanessa Kingston said: “It was great to put faces to the names! Lovely to meet such a great bunch of people in person after speaking so many times on the phone and on Teams.”
Sam Cassidy, Order Fulfilment Team Leader (Ireland), said: “Great to finally align the teams and continue to build an already strong relationship. Hopefully it’s something we can put into action more often and the results will speak for themselves.”
